2024 Blitz Fees

Cheer Registration (per child): $350.00

Cheer Deposit (per child): $100.00

Football Registration (per child): $255.00 (includes new uniform)

Football Equipment Deposit: $150.00

Football Practice Jerseys: 

• Equipment includes helmet, chin strap and shoulder pad.

NOTE:

• Registration fees must be paid in full before equipment distribution and uniform .

• Registration can be paid via Quick Pay/Zelle or PayPal to blitzfootballorg@gmail.com - please include your player's first and last name.

• A $30.00 late fee will be added to any registration balance not paid by the deadline.

• The Equipment/Cheer Uniform Deposit fee is refunded after Equipment/Cheer Uniform is returned at the end of the season. 

Discount: $30.00 off per additional child (up to 5)

Parent Participation Fees (per family): $100.00 (Football), $100.00 (Cheer)

• A deposit will be required for the Parent Participation Fee. 

• Make all checks payable to: Chicago Blitz

• The check will be returned after completing (6) volunteer hours.

• If volunteer hours are not completed, the check will be deposited after November 1st.

• A NSF fee of $50.00 will be assessed for each returned check (fundraiser included).

 

Mandatory Fundraiser: $150.00 (plus $50.00 per additional child; $300.00 max)

• Deadline to submit fundraiser proceeds: August 7th

• All accounts must be paid in full prior to equipment and uniform distribution .
